FtpServer version 2.8 can now be downloaded from
www.pmoylan.org/pages/os2/FtpServer.html
or
ftp://ftp.pmoylan.org/FtpServer/ftpser_2.8.zip
or from Hobbes incoming.

This fixes the error in version 2.79 where directories were not being listed correctly. It also adds support for code pages 1208 and 1251.
