Blubbels 0.9 r3 Released

Monday February 08, 2010  By: Christian Hennecke

Silvan Scherrer has released Blubbels 0.9 r3 for OS/2 and eComStation. Blubbels is a small but addictive game with a twist where you have to remove colored bubbles from the screen. Blubbels is based on the Qt 4 application framework.

Changes in this version:

  • updated to Qt 4.5.1 source

The third release is available at:

ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/qtapps/blubbels.zip

Qt is a cross-platform application development framework, which is widely used as a widget toolkit for developing GUI programs. Availability for OS/2 and eComStation both means that developers can easily port existing Qt applications and create new ones more easily. The GA of Qt 4.5.1 has been released, however, funding is still needed. The future road map includes updating the framework to version 4.6.1 if enough funding can be collected.

Since the project relies on funds made by the OS/2 and eComStation community, please consider making a donation:
