Elbert Pol has released another update to the cclive port. cclive is a command line video extraction utility similar to clive but with lower requirements.

* Updated manual to reflect the dailymotion format id changes
* Remove the hardcoded --format values and use libquvi provided values instead
* Add tests/noformat-eval.pl
