One more update for eComStation users - replacement of system File Open Dialog (File Open Container)

New FOC it\'s a part of our (Mensys and eCo Software) efforts to modernize the User Interface of eCS.

More changes are coming.

P.S. For developers: No need to implement own File Open Dialog,

new FOC has all features needed, including preview.
