DBCSMAP: UNICODE & DOUBLE-BYTE CHARACTER MAP FOR OS/2, Version 1.5 has been uploaded to the Hobbes FTP site by Alex Taylor.

"DBCSMAP is a character map program that is designed to support characters from multi-byte encodings. In particular, it supports both Unicode (Plane 0) text, plus a number of specific East Asian codepages."
