PMOS/2 updated

The PMOS/2 library of Modula-2 source code has been updated, and can be
fetched from
ftp://pmoylan.org/software/pmos2014.zip
It is mostly of interest to programmers who want source code snippets
for a variety of operations. The code should be easily readable by
anyone familiar with Pascal-like programming languages.
The main reason for this release is to convert the code licence to GPL.
In the not too distant future I intend to re-release several of my
programs as open-source, and those programs make extensive use of the
PMOS/2 code.
