Guidelines for responding to news items
The response to recent news items has been most encouraging! Many exciting things are happening in the OS/2 universe these days, and we hope to bring you breaking news as it happens. That said, we've had a number of "email reply misfires" lately. Please review these guidelines to ensure that your comments go where you want them to go in a timely fashion, and where they'll be of the most use.
When responding to a specific post, please remove the DESPAM from the poster's email address and send to that address ONLY. Please do not send requests for information about a specific post to the moderator unless it is an update or clarification, or if the moderator himself has created the content (such as this exact notice).
For example, if a news item is posted concerning a new offering from XYZ Company, and the From: address is someoneDESPAM(at)DESPAMxyzcompany.tld, simply remove the two DESPAM strings to create a valid email address and send to that address. Sending to the feedback address, or merely clicking Reply will delay response to your inquiry.
Thanks for your consideration!
Your humble SysAdmin.
