Sunday July 16, 2017  By: Jan van Wijk

A followup to the DFSee 14.6 BETA anouncement:

While there are still some features to be added relating to Linux and
Mac OSX device management and screen colors, most other stuff is ready.

- Creation of the DFSPUPPY bootable USB stick has been tested on Linux,
OS/2 (actually ArcaOS), Windows-7 and Windows-10 and works quite well.

- Mouse support has been extended to the Linux amd MAC versions, and
has been enhanced with several new features that make life easier:

- Switch between [Basic] and [Expert] by clicking the menubar indicator

- Button1 DRAG in a selection-list (Browser) to mark a range of files

- Button-3 click (usually scroll-wheel) to show context sensitive HELP

- Ctrl-click to close a (HELP) text window or a dialog window

- Ctrl-click on the commandline area to exit the program

- Scroll text windows ans selection lists using the scroll-wheel

Note: Still NO mouse support in the Linux console, only XTERM terminals

- Streamlined creation of the bootable USB stick, now including automatic
transfer of your registration code from the 'host' platform.

- Automatic screen-redraw after resizing of the terminal Window (MAC/Linux)

I am inviting all of you to participate in second round of BETA testing:

Please supply feedback on this list, if anny issues are found with the above.
