WebServe 2.46 released

The latest version of the WebServe web server can be fetched from
www.pmoylan.org/ftp/WebServe/WebServe_2.46.zip
The HTTPS support has been brought up to date. Apart from that, the main new feature is a "Banned" page in Setup. (I was getting sick of all the attackers trying to find PHP scripts on my web site.)
