Weasel version 3.13 released

The Weasel mail server has been updated to version 3.13. You can get it from
www.pmoylan.org/ftp/Weasel/weasel_3.13.zip
or via FTP at the same site.
The new feature is that some extra TLS ciphersuites nave been added, namely:
TLS_DH_anon_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA256,
TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA,
TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA,
TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA,
TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256,
TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA256,
