The Major Major mailing list manager (freeware) has now been updated to version 3.1. You can fetch it from

or from

ftp://ftp.pmoylan.org/Major/major_3.1.zip

or from Hobbes incoming.

The main change is to fix the problem where a blank message was sent when mail from a non-subscriber was rejected. There are also a couple of minor fixes.
