The WebServe web server has been updated to version 2.3. It can be fetched from

www.pmoylan.org/ftp/WebServe/WebServe_2.3.zip

or from Hobbes incoming.

The previous version had crashing threads on a particular kind of attempt to break security - a sneaky kind of % encoding in a URL - and this is now fixed. By now, I believe I have all the hostile attacks covered.
